When you first add an account to Schedugram, we recommend having both an email address and a mobile number stored with Instagram.
This is because we sometimes need you to verify our login, where Instagram sends a code to the email or mobile on file. In case one doesn't work, this way you have an alternative choice.
Your phone number or email need to be stored in your profile settings – this is different to your 'account bio'. They are not shown publicly. Only your bio, link and account name are public information.
To update your profile information, including your username, the mobile phone number and email address associated with your account:
- Go to your profile [click the person icon in the bottom right of the app]
- Tap Edit Profile or Edit Your Profile
- Type in your new name, username, website, bio, mobile phone number or private information, then tap Done or Save in the top right
You can also update your profile information from the web.
