In an emergency: existing users should log into Schedugram and click "Support" where you will be able to raise a 'critical' priority ticket which will ensure someone investigates an issue 24x7x365. Support tickets are best as our team works around the clock, and then you won't wake someone up!
You may also want to look at our Twitter account for updates – if there are any platform outages or downtime we experience, we will always post it there.
